We’re transparent about what we do, how we pay, and what happens to your audio – that’s not how scams operate.

Do you actually pay people, or do you delay/skip payments?

We pay every week via bank transfer, Venmo or PayPal. No delays, no “we’ll get to it eventually.” Your work is tracked in real-time, and you can see your earnings accumulate as you go.

What are you doing with my voice recordings?

Accepted Answer

We’re training AI models to communicate naturally – to understand different accents, speaking styles, emotional cues, and conversational patterns. Your audio helps AI learn how real people actually talk. The recordings are used for AI model training by our clients, who are primarily AI research labs and technology companies building voice assistants and conversational AI applications.

How is my data anonymized?

The datasets we collect include the project deliverables – whether that’s audio recordings, video, or annotations. Attached to those deliverables we include anonymized demographic data such as your country, age range, and gender. We never attach personal identifiers. In fact, we actively prohibit people from sharing personal information in recordings. The final datasets frequently include thousands of contributors without their names or personal information attached.

It depends on the project. You see the rate before accepting any project, so you’re always choosing what’s worth your time. Most people find several projects they enjoy that fit their rate expectations.

How do I start getting paid as an audio AI trainer?

Accepted Answer

Getting started takes about 10 minutes. You’ll answer a few quick questions and record a short audio sample so we can get a sense of your conversational style and language skills. Our team will then review the application because quality matters to us. Once you’re in, you can browse available projects and pick the ones that fit your interests and schedule.

Can I do this with a full-time job or kids?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many of our trainers work around full-time jobs – recording during lunch breaks, after the kids go to bed, or on weekends. You’re not committing to shifts or minimum hours. If you only have 20 minutes today, great. If you want to work three hours tomorrow, also great.

Will AI eventually replace me? Am I training my replacement?

You’re helping AI get better at communication so models can understand humans better, yes. But you’re also getting paid now for work that exists now. The voice AI field is growing rapidly, which means demand for quality audio training data is increasing, not shrinking. Many of our trainers have been with us for a year or more, and we’re continuously launching new projects.
